Local Buddy – Child Safety Standards

Local Buddy is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and maintains zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Users are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, promoting, or distributing any content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

Local Buddy will take appropriate action against reported or identified CSAE/CSAM content, including removal of prohibited content and restriction or termination of offending accounts where appropriate.

Users can report inappropriate users, content, or child-safety concerns through the reporting/support mechanism available within the Local Buddy app.

Local Buddy complies with applicable child-safety laws and will cooperate with and report confirmed illegal child sexual abuse material to the appropriate regional or national authorities where required by applicable law.
